Hand-set and printed on an 1840s Albion press, this is the first in an occasional series of hand-printed books from the Weavern Press exploring this hidden gem of a town. The text, a reworking of Beverley’s introduction to Corsham in Focus, was set in Caslon type and printed on dampened Liber Charta mould-made paper, two pages at a time.  Jane Randfield joined Tim to print her specially commissioned and wonderfully atmospheric wood-engraving of the view to St Bart’s down Church Street, which forms the frontispiece. Beverley then bound the pages in parchment endpapers and French wrappers.​ We hope this keepsake will delight friends, residents and visitors alike.
